Apex Critical Metals Obtains Permit for Rift REE Project in Nebraska

Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Canadian exploration company, has secured a mineral exploration permit from the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy and Environment for its Rift Rare Earth Project. This project is based in the Elk Creek Carbonatite Complex, Nebraska, U.S.A. The company, focused on critical and strategic metals, is advancing its drilling program preparation.

Sean Charland, CEO of Apex, expressed satisfaction over the permit approval, stating it marks a pivotal step towards executing their drilling plans. The permit allows Apex to build on historical drilling data, potentially bolstering Rift's standing among North America's top rare earth initiatives.

The Rift Project spans approximately 3,500 acres, an area noteworthy for high-grade rare earth element mineralization. With preparations underway, drilling is anticipated to start in early 2026. Key tasks include refining targets and logistical planning based on past data.
