Apex Critical Metals Initiates Re-Analysis at Rift Rare Earth Project

Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Canadian company focused on critical metals, has begun a comprehensive re-sampling and re-logging of historical drill cores at the Rift Rare Earth Project near Elk Creek, Nebraska. This initiative seeks to update mineralization models and expand knowledge on scale and grade. The project leverages preserved drill cores from the 1970s and 1980s by Molycorp Inc., overseen by Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd.

The analysis will utilize modern methods including Fusion ICP-MS. Apex anticipates initial results in early 2026. CEO Sean Charland expressed appreciation for the preserved material, highlighting its value for advancing the Rift project's geological understanding.

The project's findings will contribute to assessing the area's rare earth element and niobium potential, crucial for Apex’s strategy in resource development. Apex notes these results are historic and emphasizes the importance of further validation under current standards.
