Apex Advances with Second Drill Rig at Rift Rare Earth Project
Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Canadian mineral exploration company, has enhanced its Phase I drill program at the Rift Rare Earth Project in Nebraska with the mobilization of a second drill rig. The project is located in the Elk Creek Carbonatite Complex, a site known for rare earth element (REE) potential.
Drill hole RIFT26-002 successfully intersected a 330-meter carbonatite interval south of a previous historical site. Meanwhile, RIFT26-001A aims for a depth of 600 meters, and RIFT26-003 has commenced. Core samples are being processed for upcoming analysis.
The drilling seeks to verify and expand upon previous historical mineralization findings, focusing on a high-priority zone with integrated data guiding operations. Apex's efforts are geared towards strengthening understanding of the Rift project's mineralization potential.
