Aperam announces its financial calendar for 2026

Aperam SA presented its financial calendar for 2026 on December 9, 2025. The Luxembourg-based company has scheduled several key dates for the publication of its results. The quarterly results announcements will take place on February 6, April 30, July 30, and November 6, 2026. These dates correspond respectively to the results for the fourth quarter of 2025, the first quarter of 2026, the second quarter of 2026 (including the first six months of the year), and the third quarter of 2026 (including the first nine months of the year).

In addition to these publications, Aperam will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on May 5, 2026. All financial announcements will be made before the opening of the European stock exchanges on which Aperam is listed.
