Aperam Announces Board Changes
On December 16, 2025, Aperam S.A. announced modifications to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Timoteo Di Maulo will join the Board after resigning as CEO on December 31, 2025. His appointment awaits shareholder validation at the forthcoming General Meeting. Concurrently, Mr. Sandeep Jalan will leave the Board for personal reasons on December 31, 2025.
The Chairman, Mr. Lakshmi N. Mittal, expressed his pleasure in welcoming Mr. Di Maulo, citing his extensive industrial experience. Mr. Mittal also extended gratitude to Mr. Jalan for his commitment and service, highlighting his contributions as a former CFO and Board member.
