Anyformat Secures €3.3 Million to Revolutionize Document Management

On November 27, 2025, Anyformat announced the closing of a €3.3 million seed round led by Kibo Ventures, with participation from 4Founders, Abac Nest Ventures, and Decelera Ventures. This funding aims to transform document management for global corporations using generative AI technology.

Anyformat specializes in extracting and structuring complex data, allowing organizations to process documents like contracts and invoices with high accuracy. The company has successfully implemented projects for the Singapore Government, L'Oréal Group, and IAG Group.

Since June 2025, Anyformat has expanded its capabilities, enabling real-time data analysis. This advancement helps reduce errors and accelerate business processes. With European expansion underway, Anyformat expects to exceed €1 million in annual recurring revenue by 2026.

The new funding will enhance product development, expand teams, and ensure privacy-first infrastructure. Certifications such as ISO 27001 are in progress to serve large corporations effectively.
