Antin Acquires NorthC Datacenters from DWS

Antin Infrastructure Partners has announced the acquisition of NorthC Datacenters, a prominent European enterprise colocation data center platform, from DWS and other shareholders. Based in Amsterdam, NorthC manages 25 data centers across the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland, with a secured grid capacity of over 140 MW to support future expansion.

Founded in 2019, NorthC serves over 1,600 customers and has grown through greenfield developments and acquisitions. This acquisition is Antin's sixth investment from its €10.2 billion Flagship Fund V, enhancing its digital infrastructure portfolio across Europe.

The transaction, requiring regulatory approval, is set to close in the first half of 2026. Antin's expertise in digital infrastructure is expected to aid NorthC's expansion in the burgeoning colocation sector.
