ANT Systems débute la production industrielle de solutions anti-sécheresse
La société néerlandaise ANT Systems Holding B.V. a lancé la production industrielle de NANOTERN™, un matériau biodégradable innovant, à Istanbul. NANOTERN™ est un produit destiné à optimiser la gestion de l'eau dans les régions touchées par la sécheresse. Déjà utilisé sur cinq continents, il peut absorber jusqu'à 1 800 fois son poids en eau.
Cette technologie pourrait réduire de 50 % l'irrigation nécessaire en agriculture et augmenter les rendements de 25 %. Avec un marché mondial potentiel estimé à 30 milliards de dollars d'ici dix ans, ANT Systems ambitionne de s'imposer dans le secteur des technologies agricoles avancées. L'entreprise détient des brevets sur plusieurs technologies de nano-biotechnologie.
