Anemoi International Ltd: Interim Results Highlight Financial Pressures

Anemoi International Ltd has reported its interim financial results for the six months ending 30 June 2026. Despite a strategic repositioning and new projects, the company continues to face financial challenges. The book value per share decreased from 1.89p to 1.65p, attributed mainly to operational losses at ID4 AG. AMOI reported a rise in group operating loss before depreciation to £285k from £185k in the same period last year, with no Chairman's fee waiver as was granted in 2025.

Total income fell sharply to £22k from £56k, as software service revenues dwindled. Nevertheless, financial holdings made a small positive contribution. Administrative expenses rose from £218k to £282k, attributed to fee expenses and increased travel costs. Despite these financial strains, the Company remains active in managing its risks, such as geopolitical tensions and cash resource insufficiencies. Its strategic focus includes portfolio diversification and ongoing engagement with management across its portfolio.
