Anemoi International Appoints Canaccord Genuity as Sponsor and Bookrunner

Anemoi International Ltd has announced the appointment of Canaccord Genuity Limited as Sponsor and Sole Bookrunner. This move is linked to the proposed reverse takeover by the Trasna Group of companies. Canaccord Genuity will oversee the company's transfer to the Equity Shares Category of the Official List and manage fundraising activities associated with the transaction.

Duncan Soukup, Chairman of Anemoi, expressed satisfaction with this appointment. He highlighted Trasna's promising technology and growth, noting an increase in their order backlog from $98 million to $140 million. The company aims to obtain advanced subscription funding to support Trasna’s growth.
