Amundi Physical Metals plc has disclosed the final terms for its Gold ETC under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance of 250,000 ETC Securities marks Tranche 886 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, with trading approval sought on the London Stock Exchange and other major international exchanges. The series boasts a total count of 67,827,037 ETC Securities following this tranche.
The issuer has set the scheduled maturity date to 23 May 2118, with a 0.04 fine troy ounces metal entitlement at the Series Issue Date. The Nominal Amount is set at USD 5.085, accounting for 10 percent of the Issue Price, with an annual Total Expense Ratio of 0.12%. The securities will be backed by major authorized offerors, including HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
