Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 753,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche, numbered 695, forms part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The series was initially issued on 23 May 2019, and this latest tranche is set to be issued on 19 May 2025, with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118.
The securities, aimed at providing exposure to the gold market, have an initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces. Key participants in the transaction include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others. The securities are listed for trading on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange.
The issuance has a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum. Estimated total net proceeds from this tranche amount to USD 95,328,971.70, with related admission expenses estimated at €3,000. The securities are expected to enhance investment opportunities in gold markets.
