Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its issuance under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 130,000 ETC Securities as Tranche 867 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance date is marked as June 15, 2026, expanding the total number of ETC Securities in this series to 66,850,237. The initiative is part of an ongoing strategy to provide exposure to gold prices through Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs).

The nominal amount of USD 5.085 corresponds to 10% of the issue price per ETC Security. Each security also specifies an interest amount equivalent to 1% of the nominal value. The SEC-compliant terms mandate these securities mature by May 23, 2118, with pertinent agreements following the Prospectus Regulation.

The ETC Securities are admitted to multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. Authorised participants include prominent financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, ensuring robust market participation.
