Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of 190,000 ETC securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program, marking the 658th tranche. These securities are part of a secured precious metal linked ETC securities framework. The issuance follows the terms defined in the 2019 Base Prospectus, supplemented by subsequent releases.
The new securities bring the total in the series to over 57 million. The initial metal entitlement is valued at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, which stands slightly adjusted to 0.03968617 as per the latest tranche data. The securities were issued on February 6, 2025, and are slated to mature by May 23, 2118.
HSBC Bank plc and several major financial institutions are listed as authorized participants. The securities will trade on major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% annually.
