Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued 50,000 ETC Securities as part of Tranche 864 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Dated 20 May 2026, these final terms follow the Base Prospectus from 2019, as well as its supplement from March 2020. The new securities reflect a metal entitlement reduced slightly to 0.03962486 troy ounces, from the initial 0.04 at series launch in May 2019.
The issue, authorized on 25 April 2019, saw its official launch slated for 22 May 2026, with maturity scheduled for 23 May 2118. Regulatory aspects are aligned with the Central Bank of Ireland's approval, allowing for listing primarily on the London Stock Exchange. Affiliations with other exchanges such as Euronext Paris and Deutsche Börse are informational only, not central to this issuance.
Authorised participating entities include global banks and securities firms, such as HSBC and BNP Paribas. The Total Expense Ratio of these securities stands at 0.12% annually. The issue promises substantial net proceeds, estimated at USD 8,881,615, highlighting significant capital engagement from the market.
