Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities Tranche
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 70,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These securities form Tranche 911 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance date for this tranche is set for September 10, 2026, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118.
Trading applications have been submitted for listing on the London Stock Exchange. These securities are currently admitted to the Deutsche Börse, Euronext Paris, and other major European exchanges.
Each ETC Security carries a metal entitlement of 0.03961039 fine troy ounces at issuance. The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum, while the nominal amount is set at USD 5.085.
Authorized offerors include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. This issuance aims to provide exposure to gold prices for investors.
