Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has published the final terms for its new tranche of Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC) linked to gold, under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This latest issuance comprises 100,000 ETC Securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The series, initially issued on 23 May 2019, now totals 69,170,459 ETC Securities with a maturity date extending to 23 May 2118. Each ETC Security holds an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, with current entitlements slightly adjusted over time.

The ETC Securities will be listed for trading on multiple international exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The offering aims to provide investors with exposure to fluctuations in the gold price, supported by entities like HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
