Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issue of New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for the issuance of 10,000 ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. This tranche, numbered 699, adds to an aggregate of 62,077,859 ETC Securities issued. The new issuance, set to be released on 27 May 2025, aims to offer investors exposure to the price of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.0396722 fine troy ounces per security.

The ETC Securities will be listed on several major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Approval for the listing and trading on these markets reflects Amundi's strategic expansion in major financial hubs across Europe and North America.

The total expense ratio for these securities is set at 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085. These securities will mature in 2118, providing a long-term investment vehicle linked to gold markets. With a projected net proceeds of USD 1,302,835, Amundi aims to strengthen its position in the precious metals ETC market.
