Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of its gold-backed exchange-traded commodities (ETC) securities. On August 6, 2026, the company confirmed the issuance of 1,328,000 ETC securities, marking Tranche 892 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The total aggregate number of these securities reaches 69,581,037.
Structured to offer investors exposure to gold prices, these securities will soon be listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange. Other approved exchanges include Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and Deutsche Börse. The nominal amount is set at USD 5.085 per security, while the total expense ratio is stated as 0.12% annually. HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC are among the authorized offerors.
The scheduled maturity date extends into the year 2118, signifying a long-term investment opportunity. Amundi assures the finalized terms adhere to its ongoing commitment to transparent operation under regulatory frameworks.
