Amundi Physical Metals plc Finalizes Key Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued final terms for its Gold Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC). This announcement details tranche number 694, comprising 65,000 securities in their Gold ETC series. The new tranche is part of a larger issuance, bringing the total number of securities to over 61 million. Each security offers an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces.

The ETCs are listed for trading on major European stock exchanges including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the Deutsche Börse, as well as the London Stock Exchange. Amundi's programme offers exposure to gold prices, with an expense ratio of 0.12% per annum. The Issue Price for the new securities is estimated at USD 5.085. The ETCs are supported by major financial institutions such as HSBC and BNP Paribas.
