Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold-Linked Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. This marks the issuance of 101,000 ETC securities as Tranche 829 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, enhancing the series total to 68,812,359 ETC securities. These securities provide exposure to gold prices, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, and current entitlement of 0.03963477 ounces.
Scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118, the securities have a nominal amount set at USD 5.085 and an interest amount of USD 0.051. Trading applications have been made for listing on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, London Stock Exchange, and others. With a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12%, the securities offer investors an option for gold price-linked investments.
The issuance is supported by HSBC, BNP Paribas, and other major financial participants, with registration and legal compliance confirmed through the Central Bank of Ireland.
