Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of its ETC Securities linked to physical gold. Tranche 792 introduces 80,000 ETC Securities, expanding the total number to over 67 million. This tranche, issued on December 11, 2025, marks a significant step in their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.
The initial metal entitlement per security was 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly reduced to 0.03964598 for this tranche. The securities have a maturity date set for May 23, 2118, reflecting a long-term investment horizon tied to gold prices.
Amundi's securities will be traded across multiple European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The regulatory approval was obtained from the Central Bank of Ireland. Major authorized participants include HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas, enhancing liquidity and market access for investors.
