Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its issuance of 35,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, marking Tranche 882 of the series. The securities are issued as part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, providing investors exposure to gold prices.
The issuance is governed by the Base Prospectus dated 27 April 2026 and includes specific conditions from the 20 May 2019 document. The initial metal entitlement per security is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting slightly over time. The securities have a nominal amount of USD 5.085 and will mature on 23 May 2118.
The ETC Securities are set for listing on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. With a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% annually, the ETC aims to offer a cost-effective investment vehicle for gaining gold exposure. HSBC Bank plc and other authorized participants are facilitating the issue.
