Amundi Physical Metals plc has finalized its terms for the issuance of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Released on December 23, 2024, these terms outline the issuance of 1,318,404 new ETC Securities, marking the 637th tranche of this series.

The ETC Securities aim to provide exposure to gold prices and are linked to a metal entitlement. The initial entitlement was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with the latest tranche adjusted to 0.03969218 ounces. The scheduled maturity date extends to May 23, 2118.

These securities will be listed on major financial exchanges, including Euronext Paris, London Stock Exchange, and Deutsche Börse. HSBC Bank and other financial entities play a role as authorized participants, while the associated fee is a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.

The offering aims to attract investors looking to diversify with assets tied to gold's market value, distributed across multiple European and global markets.
