Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc (GLDA) has announced the final terms for the issuance of its gold ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The tranche, numbered 787, introduces 190,000 new ETC Securities, totaling an aggregate amount of 67,307,759 Securities issued since inception. These securities pertain to Amundi Physical Gold ETC.
The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly reducing to 0.03964689 for the subscription trade date. The securities are set for a maturity date of 23 May 2118. Authorized participants include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC among others. The Total Expense Ratio stands at 0.12% per annum.
Applications for listing and trading have been made on several prominent exchanges including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The estimated net proceeds from this tranche amount to approximately USD 31.7 million, with the expenses for admission estimated at €3,000.
