Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for the issuance of 315,000 Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities, marking Tranche 810 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance, part of a broader series initiated in May 2019, added to an aggregate of 70,770,459 securities. Each security is linked to approximately 0.03964 fine troy ounces of gold.
The securities, subject to a nominal amount of USD 5.085, come with a 0.12% per annum total expense ratio. They are intended to improve exposure to gold prices for investors. The listing applications have been made for Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, among others. Net proceeds from the issue are estimated at over USD 58 million.
The series, set to mature in May 2118, sees major authorized participants like HSBC Bank and Flow Traders B.V. This development is part of Amundi's strategy to enhance their investment options in precious metals while ensuring compliance with European regulations.
