Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Announcement
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its latest issue of exchange-traded commodities (ETC) securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. The issue, referred to as Tranche 906, includes 230,000 ETC Securities with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118. The initial metal entitlement per security was established at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a subsequent adjustment to 0.03961196 ounces.
The ETC Securities will be admitted for trading on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio of the securities is set at 0.12% per annum. Key authorized participants involved in this issue include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
The issuance is part of Amundi's strategy to provide investors with exposure to gold prices through secured and limited-recourse securities. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051. The final terms also outline detailed regulatory approvals and operational information.
