Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Announced for Gold ETC Securities

On March 4, 2025, Amundi Physical Metals plc released the final terms for its issuance of 160,200 ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. These securities, linked to precious metals, notably gold, add to a series reaching over 53 million securities in total.

The ETCs are set for a scheduled maturity in 2118, highlighting their long-term focus. This issuance, conducted under the base prospectus guidelines, was approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and is compliant with the Prospectus Regulation.

The securities are listed on major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The issue aims to offer investors exposure to gold prices at a total expense ratio of 0.12%, with HSBC Bank plc being one of the authorised participants.

Net proceeds are estimated at USD 18.47 million, supporting the continued expansion of Amundi’s presence in the gold securities market.
