Amundi Physical Metals Plc: Expansion of Gold-Linked ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This latest tranche, numbered 827, consists of 14,000 ETC Securities, raising the series aggregate to 68,957,459. As part of this issuance, the Metal Entitlement on the Subscription Trade Date is specified at 0.03963555 fine troy ounces per security. This tranche will be available from March 3, 2026, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118.
Additionally, the ETC Securities have received listings and admissions for trading on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The listing reinforces Amundi's strategic goal of providing broad market accessibility to gold exposure. The issuance includes a Total Expense Ratio set at 0.12% per annum, with prominent financial institutions such as HSBC and BNP Paribas Arbitrage participating as authorized entities.
