Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Overview
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new tranche of its Physical Gold Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC). The issue comprises 246,400 ETC Securities, identified as Tranche 843, under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The initial metal entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly reduced to 0.03963138 as of the subscription trade date.
The issue date for this tranche is 2 April 2026, while the overall series began on 24 May 2019. The securities have a scheduled maturity date set far into the future, on 23 May 2118. With a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually, the ETCs aim to give investors exposure to gold price movements.
The securities are listed on various major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Deutsche Börse, with applications for further listings ongoing. Total net proceeds from this issue are estimated at USD 45,001,337.92, alongside a total expense for admission to trading estimated at €3,000.
