Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 304,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, a tranche number 740. The company, based in Ireland, offers these securities linked to the price of gold. These terms form part of the broader Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme.
The issue date for this tranche is set for August 27, 2025, while the series commenced on May 23, 2019. This tranche adds to an aggregate of 63,384,859 ETC Securities currently outstanding. Investors will receive a metal entitlement of 0.0396602 fine troy ounces per security as of the subscription trade date, slightly lower than the initial 0.04 ounces at the series issue date.
