Amundi Physical Metals Plc: UK Final Terms Announced

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has revealed the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC's Tranche 858 issuance under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Issued on 08 May 2026, the tranche includes 50,000 ETC Securities, bringing the aggregate securities in the series to 68,963,237.

The initial metal entitlement per ETC security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, which marginally reduced to 0.03962668 ounces on the subscription trade date. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, equivalent to 10% of the initial issue price.

The ETC Securities are slated for listing on the London Stock Exchange's main market and are already traded on other European exchanges and the Mexican stock exchange's International Quotation System. The total expense ratio for the securities stands at 0.12% per annum, and the net proceeds of this issue are estimated at USD 26,299,150.80.
