Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its issuance of 712,808 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. These securities form Tranche 905 of the series and are issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The securities, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085, will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange among others.

The Initial Metal Entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting to 0.03961209 for the subscription trade date. The Total Expense Ratio is 0.12% per annum. The issue date for this tranche is 28 August 2026, while the series issue date was initially on 23 May 2019. The maturity date is scheduled for 23 May 2118, marking a long-term investment opportunity.

HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage are among the authorised offerors for this issuance, with regulatory approval obtained from the Central Bank of Ireland. The ETC Securities are already trading on several exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the Deutsche Börse, expanding exposure to gold prices.
