Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued final terms for the latest tranche of its Physical Gold ETC securities, part of a secured precious metal linked programme. This issuance, marked as tranche 873, includes 540,800 ETC Securities. These securities are linked to gold, providing investors with exposure to gold prices. The series commenced on May 24, 2019, and is set to mature on May 23, 2118.

The company has outlined key contractual terms in a prospectus approved by the Central Bank of Ireland. The securities will be listed on major European exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. They are also to be traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

With a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, these securities offer a nominal amount of USD 5.085, while the initial metal entitlement is pegged at 0.04 fine troy ounces. Amundi provides this offer under a programme originally established in 2018.
