Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Final Terms for Gold ETC
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its latest tranche of Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC) securities. The issuance involves 604,000 ETC Securities as part of Tranche 884 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The initial metal entitlement was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, adjusting to 0.03961678 at the subscription trade date.
Set to mature on May 23, 2118, the ETC Securities will trade on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The Total Expense Ratio is established at 0.12% annually. HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC are among the authorized participants.
This issuance builds upon Amundi's Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme, aiming to provide exposure to gold prices. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
