Amundi Physical Metals plc: New Gold ETC Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 30,000 Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC) securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This marks Tranche 835 of the series, released under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue brings the total number of securities in the series to over 68 million.

The ETCs are tied to gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security. This tranche's release date is March 20, 2026, and the securities mature on May 23, 2118. Amundi has planned multiple stock exchange listings, including the London, Paris, and New York exchanges. The nominal value stands at USD 5.085 per security, with a 0.12% annual expense ratio.

Key participants include Barclays PLC, HSBC Bank PLC, and BNP Paribas. The offering aims to provide investors with accessible exposure to gold prices, detailed in the current Base Prospectus.
