Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Tranche of Gold Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of 630,000 ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. These securities form Tranche 768 within the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The series initiates with 66,168,759 securities post this tranche. The Series Issue Date is set for 23 May 2019, with the tranche scheduled for 28 October 2025.

The ETC offers exposure to the gold price, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.03965198 fine troy ounces. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum. The ETC is listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The issuance facilitates broader market access to secure gold investments, regulated by the Prospectus Regulation approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.
