Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for its issuance of 145,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. These securities, part of Tranche 859, are priced with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces. The newly issued tranche brings the aggregate number of ETC Securities to 68,674,237. The securities, which began trading on 11 May 2026, are set to mature on 23 May 2118. This issuance is carried out under the secured precious metal-linked ETC Securities Program.

Moreover, the ETC Securities are being admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market and are already traded across multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the Mexican Stock Exchange's International Quotation System. Authorized offerors include well-known financial entities such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The total expense ratio is calculated at 0.12% per annum.
