Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 540,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance represents Tranche 920 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The new securities, aimed at providing exposure to gold prices, will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The issuing process is guided by a series of documents, including the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and its supplements. The aggregate number of ETC Securities for this series now stands at 79,407,899, with a metal entitlement of approximately 0.0396 fine troy ounces per security.

The ETC Securities benefit from listings on multiple stock exchanges including Euronext Paris and the Deutsche Börse. HSBC Bank and other financial entities support the offering as authorised offerors.

Amundi aims to leverage this issuance to strengthen its exposure to the gold market, driven by a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum and an issue price yielding a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security.
