Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold-Linked Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has released the final terms for a new tranche of its gold-linked ETC securities. Issued under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, Tranche 864 consists of 50,000 securities. These contribute to a total of 68,644,237 securities in the series, enhancing investors’ exposure to the gold market.

The initial metal entitlement per security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing slightly in this tranche to 0.03962486. The issue date is set for 22 May 2026, with a scheduled maturity date extending to 23 May 2118, offering a long-term investment horizon.

The ETC securities will be admitted to several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. Total net proceeds are estimated at USD 8,881,615. The issuance is supported by major financial institutions, ensuring liquidity and robustness in its offering.
