Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of 110,000 new ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, marking Tranche 917 under its program. The issue will result in a total of 79,947,899 ETC Securities in the series. These ETC Securities, issued on September 22, 2026, are linked to precious metals and have a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118.
The series has been approved for trading on several markets, including the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris, and Deutsche Börse. HSBC Bank plc and other financial institutions are listed as authorized offerors. The issue price per ETC Security is equal to USD 5.085, representing 10% of the nominal amount.
The offering aims to allow investors to gain exposure to gold prices, capitalizing on the metal's market dynamics. The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum, making it a potentially attractive proposition for investors.
