Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of new ETC Securities, linked to gold, under their Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme. On the 18th of November 2025, the company issued 210,000 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 780 in this series.

The ETC Securities are designed to provide exposure to the price of gold. They are listed on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. With an aggregate number of 66,837,759 ETC Securities post-issuance, the securities maintain a nominal amount of USD 5,085.

Authorized participants for the issuance include major financial entities such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum. The securities' scheduled maturity date is May 23, 2118, demonstrating a long-term investment potential aligned with the value of physical gold.
