Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc, a leading entity in the secured precious metals market, has released the final terms for its new issuance of ETC Securities. Dated 11 February 2026, this marks Tranche 820 in their Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. A total of 192,000 ETC Securities will be issued under their established programme.

The issue is conducted in accordance with the UK Prospectus Regulation, following set guidelines from their Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and subsequent supplements. The initial metal entitlement is listed at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a maturity date scheduled for 23 May 2118.

These securities are set to be listed across major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12%, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per ETC Security.

HSBC Bank plc, among others, acts as an authorised participant, ensuring the offering is conducted within regulatory frameworks across several European countries.
