Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC as part of its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance includes 304,000 ETC Securities, making it Tranche 868. These securities aim to provide investors exposure to the gold market.
The terms are aligned with the conditions outlined in the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019, supplemented on 4 March 2020, and must be read alongside the Current Base Prospectus from 27 April 2026. The series issue date is noted as 24 May 2019, with the latest tranche issued on 17 June 2026.
The ETC Securities are set to mature on 23 May 2118 and carry an annual total expense ratio of 0.12%. The issue is listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, among others.
