Amundi Physical Metals Plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuer plans to release 100,000 securities, marking it as Tranche 767 in this series. These securities offer a means for investors to gain exposure to gold prices, with terms derived from documents initially dated in 2019 and supplemented as of 2020 and 2025.
The securities will be listed across several major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total net proceeds are estimated at $16,138,460, with related trading expenses at €3,000. Amundi has appointed multiple financial entities as authorized participants, including HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas.
Amundi’s offering includes a competitive total expense ratio set at 0.12% per annum. This ETC provides a structured approach for individuals and institutions looking to diversify through asset-backed gold instruments, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security and a scheduled maturity date set for May 2118.
