Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its gold-backed ETC Securities, set to be the 816th tranche under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance involves 54,000 ETC Securities, adding to a total series of 65,588,459. The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing slightly for the most recent tranche.
The ETC Securities, which are linked to physical gold, are scheduled to mature in May 2118. Authorised by a board approval from April 2019, they are set for issuance on February 9, 2026. These securities will trade on multiple European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, London Stock Exchange, and others, with an intended listing in Mexico under specific regulatory exemptions.
The nominal amount of each security is valued at USD 5.085, with a total expense ratio set at 0.12% annually. The expected net proceeds from the issuance are estimated at around USD 10.67 million.
