Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance of Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new tranche of its Physical Gold ETC securities. The tranche, numbered 776, consists of 26,000 ETC securities, contributing to a total of 66,429,759 securities in the series. The issue date for this tranche is set for 13 November 2025, under Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The ETCs are designed to track the price of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security at the series' commencement.

Regulatory compliance is assured through adherence to the UK Prospectus Regulation, with approval from financial authorities having been obtained in April 2025. A diverse range of market participants, including HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage, are authorized to participate in transactions. The Total Expense Ratio is set at 0.12% annually. Upon issuance, ETC securities will be listed on numerous stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, among others.
