Amundi Physical Metals plc Finalizes UK Terms for Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for issuing ETC Securities under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. On August 26, 2026, 1,010,000 ETC Securities of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC were issued as Tranche 903.

The terms align with a Base Prospectus from May 2019, supplemented in 2020, and the latest prospectus from April 2026. The securities are listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange, with potential listings on other exchanges. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum.

The offering allows investors exposure to gold prices, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security at the series issue date. HSBC Bank and other financial institutions are authorized offerors, with the aggregate number of these securities reaching over 75 million.
