Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of its 816th tranche of Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC) Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche sees the issuance of 54,000 ETC Securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series. Effective from February 9, 2026, this issuance contributes to a total existing aggregate of 65,588,459 ETC Securities in the series.
The ETC Securities, designed to track the gold price, have an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security. This latest tranche carries a reduced entitlement of 0.03963842 as of the subscription trade date. The nominal value of the securities is set at USD 5.085, with a maturity date stretching to May 2118.
These securities are listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The total expense ratio for investors is 0.12% annually, with the issuance gaining broad regulatory approval.
