Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released final terms for a tranche of its exchange-traded commodity (ETC) securities linked to gold. A total of 30,000 ETC Securities, constituting Tranche 835, will be issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The primary purpose is to offer investors exposure to gold prices.
This tranche's aggregate number of ETC Securities stands at 68,365,359 following the issuance. The initial metal entitlement on the series issue date was 0.04 fine troy ounces, now adjusted to 0.03963307 as of the latest tranche's subscription trade date. The securities have a nominal amount of USD 5.085 and a scheduled maturity date extending until May 2118.
The ETC Securities are listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others, with a total expense ratio set at 0.12% per annum. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage are among the authorized participants for this offering.
